Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi etikolegal perawat melalui implementasi program PEPES TERI (Persepsi Praktik Etis dan Paparan terhadap Sanksi) di RSI Sakinah Mojokerto. Latar belakang kegiatan didasarkan pada masih bervariasinya pemahaman perawat mengenai praktik etis, rendahnya paparan terhadap regulasi dan sanksi profesi, ketidakkonsistenan dokumentasi keperawatan, serta terbatasnya forum diskusi etik dan supervisi terstruktur. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif yang meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan inti terdiri atas survei awal, seminar tentang praktik etis dan risiko hukum, diskusi kasus, workshop berbasis simulasi, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil survei pendahuluan terhadap 30 perawat menunjukkan rata-rata skor persepsi etik dan pemahaman hukum sebesar 52,23 dengan mayoritas responden (73,3%) berada pada kategori sedang. Setelah pelaksanaan program, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan perawat dalam mengidentifikasi risiko etik dan hukum, menerapkan informed consent, melakukan dokumentasi legal, serta mengambil keputusan klinis secara profesional. Program juga menghasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan SOP, pengembangan template dokumentasi etik, dan usulan audit etik berkala. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi PEPES TERI berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesadaran etikolegal, akuntabilitas profesional, serta penguatan budaya keselamatan pasien dan dialog etik di RSI Sakinah Mojokerto.
