Implementasi Model Prediksi Risiko Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) berbasis Multi-Marker (ABI, Profil Lipid dan Biomarker Inflamasi) pada Komunitas Individu dengan Sindrom Metabolik di Desa Mojoanyar Mojokerto

Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) merupakan komplikasi aterosklerosis yang sering tidak terdeteksi pada individu dengan sindrom metabolik sehingga memerlukan upaya deteksi dini berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai PAD, melaksanakan skrining risiko menggunakan pendekatan multi-marker yang meliputi Ankle Brachial Index (ABI), profil lipid, dan biomarker inflamasi, serta meningkatkan kapasitas kader kesehatan dalam deteksi dini PAD di Desa Mojoanyar, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi kesehatan, diskusi interaktif, pemeriksaan ABI, pemeriksaan laboratorium, pelatihan kader kesehatan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 60 peserta dengan faktor risiko sindrom metabolik. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dari 61,5 menjadi 88,7, sebanyak 38,3% peserta teridentifikasi memiliki nilai ABI abnormal, dan kader kesehatan mampu melakukan skrining serta edukasi secara mandiri. Program ini menghasilkan model prediksi risiko PAD berbasis multi-marker yang berpotensi mendukung deteksi dini dan pencegahan komplikasi vaskular di tingkat komunitas.
