Kemampuan literasi merupakan komponen penting dalam keberhasilan pembelajaran, khususnya di jenjang MTs. Namun, hasil observasi awal di MTs. Darun Najah menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi siswa masih berada pada tingkat dasar, ditandai dengan rendahnya pemahaman bacaan, kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta keterampilan menulis karya ilmiah populer. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi siswa melalui pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah populer berbasis strategi diferensiasi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan kegiatan berupa workshop, pendampingan intensif, dan penilaian karya siswa. Diferensiasi diterapkan berdasarkan minat, kesiapan, dan gaya belajar siswa sehingga proses pembelajaran lebih adaptif dan partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap struktur karya ilmiah populer, kemampuan membedakan fakta dan opini, serta keterampilan menyusun argumen secara sistematis. Program ini juga berhasil membangun motivasi belajar dan suasana kelas yang lebih aktif. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan menulis siswa.
